Raised on TV
Looking for a new rock album? Look no longer and check out Raised on TV’s debut album, Season 1. These San Fernando Valley natives are talking the rock scene by storm. Their single “Big Sur (Up The Coast)” has been featured on NewNoiseMagazine.com. They have also performed at various festivals, such as 2017 Topanga Days Festival, and at venues around Southern California. All players in the band are essential to their seemingly effortless rock fusion, Keaton Rogers is the lead vocalist and plays the guitar, keeping us singing along, Kacey Greenwood is the drummer, keeping the listener’s dancing and Ryan Weiss is the bass guitar player keeping the music grooving. Their main influences include artists from the beach and indie rock genres, emulating artists such as the Tanlines, The Orwells, and Hippocampus. One of their musical goals is to bridge Woodstock and Coachella together and, in my opinion, they are definitely accomplishing with their goal with their cool mellow rock sound. Their recent tour just ended, but with a new album out, we should be expecting some upcoming performances so stay tuned!
